Tim Mason is the former CMO and Deputy CEO of Tesco who was renowned for being the champion of the customer and developing new marketing propositions such as Tesco Clubcard and Tesco.com.
In each session, Tim will provide insights into how businesses can earn the loyalty of their customers through delivering true one-to-one marketing at the most relevant moments in their lives.
Each event will start with a networking breakfast at 7:30am with Tim’s presentation starting from 8:00am. This will be followed by a panel Q&A with local experts at each event. Panellists will include Ben Goodale, CEO at Quantum Jump, and Simon Rowles, Tim Tyler and David Parsons of Ellipsis.
